About Capykind

Capykind is a job-search companion product operated by VisaPlease Inc. These terms cover capykind.com, our waitlist, and the Capykind beta. By using Capykind, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Capykind is currently coming soon, with an invite-only beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date.

Your account and content

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in access. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. You keep ownership of your resumes, profile information and other content. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Job-search support

Capykind provides companions, quests and tools to support your job search. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation or any other hiring outcome. Companion replies may be generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, sharing them or sending them to another person. You are responsible for the accuracy of your applications and communications.

Acceptable use

Do not use Capykind to break the law, impersonate others, harass people, send spam, upload harmful code, access another person's account or content without permission, or interfere with the service. Do not upload private information about another person without permission. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users or the service.

WhatsApp Business messaging

We are preparing optional WhatsApp Business messaging for Capykind. It is not yet an active public messaging service. Capykind does not offer a consumer SMS or MMS messaging program.

When WhatsApp messaging becomes available, the enrollment screen will explain the types of messages you can choose and how often to expect them. Providing a phone number, joining the email waitlist or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in WhatsApp messages. We will contact you through WhatsApp only after you give permission for those messages. Starting a conversation allows us to reply to that conversation, not to enroll you in unrelated recurring messages.

You can withdraw permission at any time by asking us to stop in the WhatsApp conversation, blocking the business in WhatsApp, or contacting hello@capykind.com. We will honor requests made on or off WhatsApp. For help, contact hello@capykind.com. Your internet or mobile data provider's charges may apply. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, your device and network availability; we do not guarantee message delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

VisaPlease Inc and its licensors own the Capykind name, branding, artwork, software and site content, except for content submitted by users. These terms allow you to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Availability and third-party services

We may change, pause or discontinue features. Beta features may change or fail. Capykind uses third-party services, including sign-in, hosting, AI and messaging providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Capykind is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, VisaPlease Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from your use of Capykind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws in your jurisdiction apply. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version and date here and provide any notice required by law.
