Privacy policy

Capykind is a subsidiary of VisaPlease Inc.

This policy explains what we collect and why when you visit capykind.com, join our waitlist or use the Capykind beta.

If you join the waitlist: your email address. If you use the beta: your account email and name, the profile you write, resumes and screenshots you upload, your quest progress and XP, your chats with the companions, and basic usage data. If you add a phone number or turn on notifications, we keep that too.

To run the waitlist and the beta, keep your progress, send the messages you ask for, and make Capykind better. We do not sell your data.

Our small team, and the service providers that run the app, such as hosting, sign-in, email, AI replies and analytics. Your resume is private and is deleted with your account.

Capykind does not offer a consumer SMS or MMS messaging program. We are preparing optional WhatsApp Business messaging; it is not yet an active public messaging service. Joining the email waitlist does not enroll you in WhatsApp messages.

If you provide a phone number or choose WhatsApp messaging when it becomes available, we use your number and account details to link the service to you and provide the messages you request. We keep the permission you give, including when and how you gave it and the choices you made, together with any request to stop. Messages and delivery information are processed as needed to provide the service and handle support.

We do not sell your personal data, including your phone number. We do not sell, rent or transfer messaging permission, or share phone numbers or messaging opt-in records with third parties for their own marketing. Providers such as WhatsApp and a messaging delivery provider may process information as needed to deliver the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and their applicable policies.

We will obtain your permission before contacting you through WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop in the WhatsApp conversation, block the business in WhatsApp, or email hello@capykind.com. We honor opt-out requests made on or off WhatsApp. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again against your wishes, and any records required by law.

Waitlist emails stay until you ask us to remove them or we finish the launch emails. Account data stays until you delete your account or ask us to.

You can ask us to see, export or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email us and we will take care of it.
